Store Policy

At AngelHub Aquatics, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

To ensure that everyone has a pleasant and safe shopping experience, we have established the following store policies:

  1. Store Hours: Our store is open from 12pm to 8pm every day of the week, except on Wednesdays. We may modify our store hours on occasion, and any changes will be posted in advance.

Health & Safety

We take the health and safety of our customers and animals seriously. Therefore, we require all customers to follow these guidelines:

  • Refrain from visiting the store if you're feeling unwell or Covid-19 positive;

  • Avoid knocking the fish tanks and seek the assistance of a staff member if you require more information about the fish.

Animal Health Guarantee

We guarantee the health of all our animals at the time of purchase. Please check your selected fish for any health problems before leaving the store.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on live animals, including fish and invertebrates, plants and aquarium products. 

Availability of Products

We try to keep our inventory fully stocked, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product at all times. If you are looking for a specific product, please call ahead to check availability.

Aquarium Setup and Maintenance

We offer aquarium setup and maintenance services for an additional fee. Please speak with one of our staff members for more information.
